Students in Saudi Arab moved Ombudsman for their return home

ISLAMABAD: Hundreds of Pakistani students studying in different universities of Saudi Arab have moved Federal Ombudsman to ensure their return home.

Students filed an application to Grievance Commissioner for Overseas Pakistanis, Federal Ombudsman Secretariat for their return to Pakistan.

The students stated in application that due to coronavirus pandemic they like to return to Pakistan as many of the students of different countries have gone to their homes.

On receipt of application, Hafiz Ahsaan Ahmad Khokhar, Senior Advisor and Grievance Commissioner for Overseas Pakistanis has asked Ministry of Foreign Affairs to coordinate with these students and to facilitate them and to submit report in federal Ombudsman Secretariat.

The senior advisor and Grievance Commissioner for Overseas Pakistanis at Federal Ombudsman Secretariat has fixed the subject matter for hearing on June 10 for proceedings.
