To street criminals held, weapons and valuables recovered

ISLAMABAD: Ramana police station has arrested two persons involved in street crime and recovered weapons, cash and other valuables from them, a police spokesman said.Following the directions of IGP Islamabad Muhammad Aamir Zulfiqar, DIG (Operations) Waqar Uddin Syed asked all police officials to accelerate efforts against those involved in criminal activities.

Following these directions, SP (Saddar) Malik Naeem Iqbal constituted special teams under supervision of DSP (Shalimar Circle) Haq Nawaz Ranjha for effective crackdown against criminals.One of the police team including SHO Ramana police station Inspector Qaisar Niaz Gilani, Sub-Inspector Abdul Sattar Baig and others nabbed two street criminals and recovered weapons, ammunition, ten mobile phones and other valuables from the

They have been identified as Arbaaz and Munawar and they confessed during the preliminary investigation to strike in various areas of Saddar Zone.  Further investigation is underway from them.The DIG (Operations) Waqar Uddin Syed has appreciated this performance and directed for effective crackdown against anti-social element (INP)
