India is being kicked in the groin by China. Their Standing Committee on Defense report says that Indian Army has only 68% of vintage equipment as per Table of Organization and Equipment.
Therefore, General Bippon Rawat bragging about the readiness of Indian Army to fight a two-front war i.e. against China and Pakistan is nothing but a shot in the dark. Modi and his cronies have put whole of India in an awkward situation.
