LAHROE: Two kite makers were arrested by Lahore Police and during the raids it recovered huge quantity of raw material and 2500 kites here on Sunday.
Addressing a press conference, SP City Safdar Raza Kazmi said that on a tip-off, the police raided a kites and flying material factory in Shadbagh area of Lahore.
He said that during raid, two kite makers were arrested beside recovery of huge quantity of raw material, metallic kites flying strings, pulleys and 2500 kites.
SP Safdar Raza said that the detainees used to supply kites making material and sell kites in different areas of Lahore.
The police confiscated the recovered kites, raw material and after registering a case against the nabbed kites makers at Shadbagh police station have started an investigation.
