ISLAMABAD: The Indus River System Authority (IRSA) on Monday released 202,600 cusecs water from various rim stations with inflow of 165,800 cusecs.
As per details collected from (IRSA), water level in the Indus River at Tarbela Dam was 1407.50 feet, which was 21.50 feet higher than its dead level of 1,386 feet.
Water inflow in the dam was recorded as 45,300 cusecs while outflow as 55,000 cusecs.
The water level in the Jhelum River at Mangla Dam was 1160.55 feet, which was 120.55 feet higher than its dead level of 1,040 feet whereas the inflow and outflow of water was recorded as 42,900 cusecs and 70,000 cusecs respectively.
The release of water at Kalabagh, Taunsa and Sukkur was recorded as 95,100, 75,600 and 22,000 cusecs respectively.
Similarly from the Kabul River, 47,700 cusecs of water was released at Nowshera and 7,000 cusecsfrom the Chenab River at Marala.
