GILGIT: Gilgit Baltistan Minister for Education Muhammad Ibrahim Sanai has said that government is focusing on development of education sector in the area.
Talking to media in Gilgit on Sunday, Ibrahim Sanai said over 1. 26 billion rupees have been earmarked for development of education in the next fiscal year budget.

He said that over one hundred ongoing schemes will be completed during the next fiscal year besides establishment of ten model schools in Gilgit Baltistan.
The GB Minister for Education said that promoting education and establishing new educational institutions is among top priorities of the provincial government for which all possible steps were being taken besides allocating huge funds.(INP).
