ISLAMABAD: Chairman, National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA), Lieutenant General Inam Haider Malik has emphasized for better preparedness and relief assessment required during emergencies and natural disasters.
While addressing a pre-COP 28 conference held in Islamabad, the NDMA chief outlined potential disaster risks and highlighted the role of advanced technology.
The pre-COP 28 conference was aimed to develop a collaborative framework for the conference being held in Dubai next month.
The Chairman NDMA called for anticipatory actions to implement a proactive disaster management system.
