ISLAMABAD: Chief of the Air Staff Pakistan Air Force (PAF) Air Chief Marshal Mujahid Anwar Khan has said development of the country greatly depends upon the prosperity of Balochistan.
He was talking to participants of National Security Workshop Balochistan, who visited Air Headquarters in Islamabad on Tuesday.
The Air Chief said that Pakistan Air Force, along with other state institutions, was taking all necessary measures to bring the Balochi youth to the mainstream for progress of the country.
Air Chief Marshal Mujahid Anwar said that this significant activity was held to create an understanding regarding important national security issues and raise awareness among the participants of the workshop about evolving international and regional environment and their impact on security of Pakistan.
The visiting members of this workshop included parliamentarians, tribal elders, religious scholars, political figures, notables, bureaucrats, educationists, lawyers and members of civil society.
They were also given a briefing on organization of PAF and nature of its operations.
