BHEJAPUR: Indian forces have killed two individuals in the conflict-ridden state of Chhattisgarh, while in other attempt a Bangladeshi citizen was also shot at by Indian forces
Indian media reports stated that the casualties occurred during an anti-Naxal operation in Hingmeta village under the jurisdiction of Bedre police station in Bhejapur district.
The Indian police have identified the deceased individuals as members of the Naxalite group.
In a separate incident, Indian Border Security Force (BSF) personnel shot and killed a Bangladeshi citizen, Saddam Hussein, aged 23. Saddam Hussein, a resident of Dastaki village in Moulovibazar district of Bangladesh, was shot near the India-Bangladesh border fence in Magroli, located in Tripura’s Unakoti district.
