LAHORE: The nomination papers for upcoming general elections to be held on February 2024 for Marym Nawaz Sharif, Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Chief Organiser have been submitted from six seats.
The nominations papers for Maryam Nawaz were submitted from NA-119 and NA-120 in Lahore.
Her nomination papers had also been submitted from PP-80, PP-159, PP-160, and PP-165.
Meanwhile, PML-N President Shehbaz Sharif’s nomination papers were submitted from NA-242 Karachi on Saturday.
Aslam Khattak had submitted the former prime minister’s nomination papers.
On this occasion, Shehbaz Sharif, in his message for the people of Karachi, said, “We will construct roads and educational institutions for the people of Karachi if voted into power. Karachi will also develop the way Lahore has progressed.”
He vowed to create employment opportunities for the people of Karachi.
