Nawaz Sharif will not go to jail upon his return to Pakistan: Dar

LONDON: Former finance minister Ishaq Dar has claimed that PML-N supremo and former prime minister Nawaz Sharif will not have to go to jail upon his return to Pakistan, as the cases against him were fake.

While talking to media here, the PML-N Senator said a legal strategy had been prepared to deal with the cases against Nawaz.

Senator Ishaq Dar also stated that Nawaz Sharif will be the PML-N’s candidate for the prime minister’s slot for the fourth time.

The PML-N narrative for its election campaign will be the restoration of economy and the elimination of terrorism, he added.

The PML-N leader also said Nawaz Sharif’s narrative is the work that he completed in the past whenever he was in power.

He remarked that the fate of those who made tall claims is in front of everyone, adding that only God knew if he would be the finance minister in the future.

“PTI Chairman Imran Khan is bearing the fruit of his own deeds.”

“No responsibility should be demanded,” Dar stressed, adding that the nation paid a heavy price for “project 2011”.

He further said he would be returning to Pakistan today, adding the nation is ready to welcome Nawaz Sharif whose has a record of improving the economy.

Nawaz Sharif eliminate 18-hour loadshedding from the country and fought a war against terrorism. If given another chance, the PML-N supremo will once again eliminate loadshedding and terrorism from the country.

Ishaq Dar further claimed the nation knew the cases against Nawaz were fake.
