ISLAMABAD: In a bid to facilitate passengers, Pakistan Railways announced it will operate four special trains on the occasion of Eid ul Azha.
According to a press release, the first special train will run from Karachi to Rawalpindi on Tuesday at 11:45am.
The second special train will leave Karachi for Rawalpindi on Wednesday 11:45am, while the third will embark from Karachi for Lahore on Thursday at 7:30pm.
The fourth special train will be run between Rawalpindi and Multan. It will leave Rawalpindi on Thursday at 4pm.
Eid-ul-Azha 2020 will be celebrated on August 1, central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee Chairperson Mufti Muneebur Rehman had announced on Tuesday, after the body had met in Karachi to sight the Zilhajj moon and determine the dates for the religious festival.
