SHEIKHUPURA: Wife of a labourer was burnt to death after her dress caught fire while working in kitchen of house here on Saturday.
According to details, Asia Bibi wife of Luqman Haider, a labourer by profession residing in Narang Mandi area of Sheikhupura was engaged in preparing meal for members of her family when her silky dress caught fire.

The woman was adversely scorched before the blaze could be put off, subsequently she succumbed to her wounds before could be provided medical treatment.
The police took the body of woman into custody and later handed it over to heirs after legal formalities.
